Using Instruction
1. Before the operation of the boiler, add an appropriate amount of sealant or liquid asphalt. Do not be afraid of overfilling.
2. Reasonably adjust the pressure path inside the small hand-pushed concrete pavement filling and sewing machine. At this time, we can open the liquefier container valve and adjust the pressure to the verification state.
3. Adjust the temperature indicator to 150-210 ℃ according to the type of sealant until the melt is fully melted.
4. Open the hose storage room door to confirm ignition.
5. The small hand-push concrete pavement filling machine shall confirm whether the sealant temperature reaches the specified temperature from the 'sealant temperature' thermostat at the upper end of the boiler.
6. Start the engine when the 'sealant temperature' thermostat at the upper end of the boiler reaches 100℃.
7. When the sealant temperature reaches 150℃ in the small hand-pushed concrete pavement filling machine, the 'mixing valve' can be opened to turn the agitator.
