Product Description
Tongda road anti-crack patch is made of engineering fiber woven fabric as the surface reinforcement layer, engineering fiber felt as the substrate, polymer modified asphalt as the upper and lower impregnation coating, polyester film as the underside isolation film, and it is a rolled material with self-sticking, waterproof and anti-crack effects.
Road anti crack tape is to prevent the surface seepage, the base crack (join) seam reflection of quality products, to protect the stability of the surface and the base, delay the appearance of the road reflection crack.
Road anti-crack patch is not only suitable for asphalt road base, but also suitable for cement road base and white to black, black to black, pavement base crack repair, bridge deck waterproof. Airport runway pavement and other projects.

Construction masters and attention
1. Before construction, clean up the surface dust and debris in the cracks,and then paste the tape, after artificial compaction, uncover the separation paper.
2. It can use for sealing of temperature shrinkage cracks and partial structural cracks below 1cm, prior to overlay with new asphalt.
3. The surface temperature of the road must be above 20 degrees during construction. If the temperature is below 20 degrees, it must be ensured that it will be built after half past ten during the clear weather, or use a blowtorch baked, but time is short.
4. The paving tape can be applied by unskilled labour by application machine, roller or hand resulting in a fast and efficient application.
5. No rain before and after construction (before and after a day) to ensure the absolute drying of the road surface.
Application
It can be applied to the asphalt concrete surface where cracks or flaking are produced, which can reduce and block the thermal shrinkage stress acting on the pavement,providing an instant seal and preventing further deterioration of the road pavement, applied to the sub-base of the road. It is a new type of highway maintenance material which specially deals with the cracks of asphalt and cement concrete pavement.
