Testing performance cold mix cold spread asphalt mixture

Cold mix cold spread asphalt mixture is composed of aggregate, filler and cold mix modified asphalt, and the production process is not heated.

The technology can be regarded as a new environment-friendly pavement technology with zero emission by improving the technical characteristics of cementing materials and mixtures and realizing cold mixing and cold laying operation in normal temperature environment.

The active component of cold-mixed modified asphalt will cure when it contacts with air, and form early strength quickly under the coupling action of air and rolling load. It can be rolled after spreading at natural ambient temperature for 15~30min.

It can be opened to traffic within 1h, has strong construction workability, and can be operated below 10℃, and its road performance is better than that of hot-mixed modified asphalt mixture.
