Product Description
Road asphalt crack sealant also called asphalt filler, it is a kind of road sealing material that is used by melting. It is made from matrix asphalt, high polymer, stabilizer, additives and other materials processed by special technology.
Tongda road asphalt crack sealant has such properties as excellent adhesion, flexibility under low temperature, stability under high temperature, water resistance, anti-aging quality and embedding resistance.
Pavement crack sealant with hot-melt fast, strong adhesion, good anti-deformation recovery performance, can effectively seal pavement cracks and joints, and maintain sealing effect for a long time. Traffic can be restored after completion of construction.
It has the following outstanding excellent characteristics:
1. Low consistency -compared with other types of sealants, this product has the advantage of low consistency and easy penetration of various cracks.
2. The high softening point (95℃ above)- not only will not deform under high temperature and at room temperature and low temperature bonding and extensibility also significantly improved.
3. Climate adaptability- General sealant is very sensitive to temperature changes of climate, such as when the temperature dropped 10℃, the performance of sealant will be reduced by 30% or more. For different road and different climatic conditions to develop a variety of sealants to meet the temperature range -29℃~50℃, it can meet various road needs.
4. Good elasticity - the product will be elastic deformation along with the expansion and contraction of cracks, and always maintain a good sealing effect.
5. The successful application of these three core technologies has improved the bonding strength, heat resistance, cold resistance,which can effectively solve the sealing performance of the roads’ waterproof and cracks.
