I. Overview

Asphalt pavement crack sealant is a high-performance material renowned for its superior adhesion, elasticity, and weather resistance. Primarily used for filling and sealing cracks in asphalt pavements, it prevents moisture, debris, and other contaminants from penetrating the cracks and causing further structural damage. This sealant is suitable for crack repair on asphalt surfaces including highways, urban roads, municipal streets, bridges, tunnels, parking lots, and airport runways.

II. Key Features

  • High Adhesion: Bonds exceptionally well to crack walls. Maintains a strong seal even during pavement contraction (cold) or expansion (heat). Resists debonding when exposed to water.

  • High Flexibility: Possesses elasticity to accommodate pavement movement, preventing crack propagation.

  • High-Temperature Stability: Resists melting and bleeding at summer temperatures (up to 80°C - 90°C), maintaining stability and sealing integrity.

  • Low-Temperature Crack Resistance: Withstands winter cold (down to -20°C ~ -30°C) without cracking or spalling, ensuring pavement smoothness and safety.

  • Water Resistance: Water-insoluble and non-absorbent. Effectively blocks top-down water infiltration into cracks, protecting the pavement structure.
